Orders of non-custom items are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days from when they are placed. Very rarely, an item may be on back-order requiring a few more days to complete processing. Shipping charges are calculated automatically based on the weight of your order. Standard shipping methods via United Parcel Service is 2 to 6 days, Fed Ex Ground is 2-6 days and Fed Ex Smart Post is 2-7 days. If you need a speedier delivery method, please choose priority shipping or email us. You are responsible for submitting correct address information when placing an order as well as for collecting the shipment at the delivery location (i.e., mail box, post office, etc.). If a package is returned to Sugarcube Press due to incorrect address information or failure to collect at the delivery location, you will have the option of paying for reshipment or receiving a refund for the items returned, less the shipping charges.
We are happy to offer international shipping options to our customers. Shipping fees vary based on the destination, size, and weight of your order. You are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country and for complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. The recipient will be responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and can not predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. Please be aware that when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Any fees or delays that may occur are outside of our control.
At Sugarcube Press we take great pride in our products and are committed in providing you with the best possible service. Returns of non-custom products are gladly accepted within two weeks for store/website credit. We do not provide refunds or cash back. (Please see below for information on custom and personalized product returns.) All returned items must be returned in original and unused condition. Please make sure that items are well packed (additional packaging may be necessary) and insured for the full amount. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition or is damaged. Shipping cost are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. - If digital proofs have not yet been delivered, you can choose to receive a refund of the order amount less 10% of the original order subtotal OR a store/website credit for the full amount of the original order.
- If digital proofs have been delivered, you can choose to receive a refund of the order amount less the sum of $50 per proof + 10% of the original order subtotal OR a store/website credit for the order amount less the sum of $50 per proof.
- If you have approved your digital proofs, your order has most likely been cued to print or been printed and is non-refundable. Depending on where the order is in the production cycle, store/website credit may be available. We will be happy to assist you with your request and do our best to offer a satisfactory solution, but you must contact us as soon as possible via email or phone.
After 30 days from the order date, your order is considered non-refundable and no refunds will be made.
